WHO CAN USE IT & WHEN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Colony Lounge spaces are available for all employees of companies renting office space at Colony, as well as their guests. In addition to your own workplace, you are free to use the Lounge spaces at all Colony locations. The lounges are accessible on weekdays during reception opening hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\t

HOW TO BOOK A SPOT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lounge bookings are made through the Asio system. Guests can book a lounge spot at the reception or through an employee at the respective location. Bookings can be made up to one month in advance, and each employee can have a maximum of five active bookings at a time. Please always check the Asio system in advance to ensure availability for your desired time slot!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOW TO LEAVE THE LOUNGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

At the end of your workday, return your access pass to the reception during its opening hours. When leaving the building, please use the main entrance of the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

RULES FOR USING THE LOUNGE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

All Colony Lounge spaces are shared and intended for work. Let\u2019s ensure that the space remains peaceful and pleasant for everyone. During your workday, you may bring any additional equipment you need, but please pack up your items and leave the workspace clean for the next user when you leave.
In the kitchen area, personal food is allowed \u2013 except for alcohol. Let\u2019s also keep the lounges tidy and comfortable for everyone by cleaning up after ourselves throughout the day. Thank you for your cooperation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
