COLONY LOUNGE- User Guide and Rules

WHO CAN USE IT & WHEN

Colony Lounge spaces are available for all employees of companies renting office space at Colony, as well as their guests. In addition to your own workplace, you are free to use the Lounge spaces at all Colony locations. The lounges are accessible on weekdays during reception opening hours:

Tapiola Sydänpuu / Tuulikuja:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Leppävaara Itsehallintokuja:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pitäjänmäki Karvaamokuja:
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Airport HOTT / Tietotie:
7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

HOW TO BOOK A SPOT

Lounge bookings are made through the Asio system, excluding Leppävaara’s lounge. Guests can book a lounge spot at the reception or through an employee at the respective location. Bookings can be made up to one month in advance, and each employee can have a maximum of five active bookings at a time. Please always check the Asio system in advance to ensure availability for your desired time slot!

HOW TO LEAVE THE LOUNGE

At the end of your workday, return your access pass to the reception during its opening hours. When leaving the building, please use the main entrance of the location.

RULES FOR USING THE LOUNGE

All Colony Lounge spaces are shared and intended for work. Let’s ensure that the space remains peaceful and pleasant for everyone. During your workday, you may bring any additional equipment you need, but please pack up your items and leave the workspace clean for the next user when you leave.
In the kitchen area, personal food is allowed – except for alcohol. Let’s also keep the lounges tidy and comfortable for everyone by cleaning up after ourselves throughout the day. Thank you for your cooperation!

Guest parking spaces can be found on the property’s patio, in front of the main entrance: please provide your car’s license plate number at the reception upon arrival. Bicycle racks can be found on both sides of the main entrance.

Lounge users drive their cars into the free parking garage: choose a free parking space, but do not use the spaces marked “guest”. Bicycle parking is available near the main door.
PITÄJÄNMÄKI

Guest parking spaces can be found on the property’s patio: please provide your car’s license plate number at the reception upon arrival. The bicycle racks are located at the southwest corner of the building, near the Pitäjänmäentie sidewalk.

Guest parking is available in the P-HOTT parking garage for a fee. Payment can be made via the EasyPark and ParkMan apps or by card. Bicycles should be parked on the ground level of the P-HOTT parking garage in the designated bike parking areas.
