Each of our locations has a green certificate which demonstrates our commitment for a better tomorrow. As a part of our brown-to-green strategy we develop our buildings heavily in order to meet carbon neutrality. We also strive for higher sustainability certificates than the industry standard. Having solar panels on the roof, offering electric charging to our tenants and equipping our offices with LED lighting are just some of the more visible aspects our tenants can expect to see at all of our locations. Did you know that our locations Leppävaara and Airport get most of their heating from the ground below? Our location in Pitäjänmäki is having its building automation completely redone and the Tapiola building is built completely out of wood.

For example Pitäjänmäki and Tapiola are having their lobby, restaurant and cafeteria completely redone with carpenter crafted functional and visually flawless furniture. We are also providing digital art in our building entrances for further inspiration. Colony collaborates with world renowned MER Architects and Studio Palmbäck who are responsible for identity of our brand.

As you enter our buildings you quickly notice the Colony membership area reserved for our tenants from other buildings. These areas are fully furnished with work stations and phonebooths for heads-down productivity. Our cafeterias are equipped with electricity sockets and comfy furniture so there is a workplace for everyone. We also offer our tenants a turnkey Furnished Flex office solution where we build and furnish their own office wing with very flexible lease terms.
