As a part of our brown-to-green strategy we develop our buildings heavily in order to meet carbon neutrality. We also strive for higher sustainability certificates than the industry standard. Having solar panels on the roof, offering electric charging to our tenants and equipping our offices with LED lighting are just some of the more visible aspects our tenants can expect to see at all of our locations.
Did you know that our locations Leppävaara and Airport get most of their heating from the ground below? Our location in Pitäjänmäki is having its building automation completely redone and the Tapiola building is built completely out of wood.
